Yeah yeah... I always refused to use it, and I still do NOT like it... butas Microsoft practically 'forces' their customers to upgrade, because WinXP doesn't support half of my comps architecture I'll be upgrading to Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit including SP1 next week. Ehehe did I say NEXT week? I'll do it on wednesday... I'm totally fed up with my xp now... I can't even BURN a FUCKING RW/RAM DVD! *SIGHS*

Or better... I'll save all my data onto my external drive and just format C... -.-" And then start a new. I already know that I'll die of one heart attack after another... And I'm not really looking forward to search for every little thing I could easily find on XP...
If Vista is only half that confusing as most people say it WILL kill me instantly lol.
Not to forget the ugly and annoying Aero skin. (I'm sorry, I just can't stand it... i want to keep my red one *cries*)

At least I'll be able to go on using Direct X9, although my graphics card supports Direct X10. (I just don't want it :P)

Oh well and if I won't come back, I'll probably have died during setup or... it didn't work at all. x) It may take 3 days untill I'm back at my current state anyway. (downloads, installs, backups etc pp...)

Yeah, my friend has Vista (it came with her laptop when she bought it >.<;) she didn't even know it WAS Vista and she hasn't had any problems...yet. Then again she doesn't do a lot of technical stuff on it so yeah.
My dad though, who's an IT tech, HATES vista and the big company where he works REFUSES to get/accept Vista lol.

After my WinXP claimed that it wasn't able to burn ANY kind of DVD's anymore... I was fed up enough... Got my external hard disk drive, put everything that I wanted to keep onto it... and did the famous format c... Now I'm on Vista Ultimate x64 already... And hell... where's my data?! *looks at the totally confusing taskmenu*
And there's still sooo much to download and install... *sighs*

Yeah I was like that too... -.- But now that I'm on it already... well... It's okay so far. I mean the only thing it DOESN'T support is my scanner/printer combination what is really sad as I just got it back... Lexmark's fault... I'll have to bother them untill they throw out a x64 driver -.-"
Well I'm not halfway done now, but everything's okay so far (Even if the taskmenu is damn untidy and stuff...) It's just... that it's strange after years of using XP...
I just can't follow what's on my comp now and what not... -.-" that sucks a bit... But I don't have a choice anyway... -.-
